Prompt for module deletion confirmation

Description

Inform the user that module delete command will remove the module and all related resources and instances.
It should be possible to override with --auto-approve flag.

Reasons

• make sure that user avoids mistakes by supportive UX
• similar UX as in kyma dashboard
