List installed modules, incl. community modules as part of kyma alpha module list

• Community and managed modules are clearly separated in the list of installed modules.
• Installed community modules are determined by looking up if workloads described as spec.manager (in the community module templates) exist on the cluster.
• By default, the status of community modules should be computed based on status of the module CR.
• Version of the installed community module is derived from the version of installed manager
