Delete community modules

**Description**
Delete community modules  as part of `kyma alpha module delete` 

**AC**
  - First check if `spec.associatedResources` still exist on the cluster. If so, require extra confirmation from the user that he is aware. (allow forcing with `--auto-aprove`)
  - remove the module CR
  - remove `.spec.resources`  from the cluster
