Gating v0.2

This release features a Windows executable of the cycif_viewer with gating functionality.
Features:

Import data
Zoom and pan in image
Select channels and color mapping
Define gates for each channel
Visulalize gates in image space
Download and upload gating ranges
Download filtered csv data (1 for cells in channel gate, 0 for cells not in channel gate)
