lacework_policy_exception doesn't show a diff when an exception is edited in the LW web UI

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create an exception via TF
2. Find it in the web UI and edit it
3. Run terraform plan again

Expected behavior
The plan should show a diff against the manually edited version
