Sunpath component does not account for the Daylight savings time as expected

Hey great LBT team,

I might have stumbled across the bug. The sun path component when daylight savings time period is attached (I tested the one going across the new year) seem to be producing hoys that are uniformly shifted by 1 across the whole year, but not only the daylight saving time period.
