Fix full battle report tooltip hovers over loot resource amounts #296

When hovering over resource amounts in the battle report not all tooltips show the correct amount. This might also be the case in other places e.g. espionage reports.

Todo:

  • Check all tooltip occurences for resources shown in messages and show the correct tooltip content.
