Jest/Vitest global test timeout not respected

Issue you'd like to raise.

Passing in testTimeout as a CLI flag or setting it in the config file is not respected when using the LS jest/vitest package.

Due to current implementation containing a default test timeout, fixing this will be a breaking chang. Will implement as part of bringing this out of beta.
