More updates after the initial drop

• Fault Tolerance integration. It has direct dependency on smallrye-fault-tolerance. An issue to be raised in MP Fault Tolerance spec to add the necessary APIs.
• Smallrye for integration tests
• github actions to perform the build - Java version etc
