Feature Request: SCIM Support for User & Group Provisioning

Description
Add support for SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) to enable automated user and group provisioning from identity providers (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin).

Why

• Simplifies onboarding/offboarding via centralized user management
• Ensures up-to-date access control
• Improves enterprise integration with existing SSO solutions

Expected Behavior

• Langflow exposes a SCIM endpoint
• Supports CRUD operations for users and groups
• Handles deactivation/removal automatically from IdP
