How do we know, what exactly is the output of an agent?

I am creating a multi-agent workflow, some of the agents have tools attached to them, one of the tools among one of the agents is i built in using custom component for sending an email. Here is the context of the project, i have a text which contains email id who i have to send the email for, the text also contains other details in which agent has to analyze and send that analyzed text into the extracted email id. it ables to identifying the email but cant able to send the email bcoz the custom component i have written cant able to understand the text Agent is giving to the component. So, any idea how to tackle this?
