How can i save Q&A as Knowledge Base for SQL Agent

I am trying to create a text2sql Agent, I want to add a functionality where the output is correct, I can verify by clicking a button or anything else so that the question and sql are saved as a knowledge base and when I ask some similar questions, the Agent can generate the correct SQL, so how can i do it
