The error happens because Langflow expects the database_url to be a full SQLAlchemy connection string, not just a file path. For SQLite, you need to use the format:
sqlite:////user/dipdddr1s/3DIC/lh_3dic_00/ML1_DEV13_VF01/prathamg7_lh_3dic_00_ws_3/new_langflow_DB/langflow.db
(with three slashes after sqlite: for an absolute path).

Your current value is missing the sqlite:/// prefix, so the validator rejects it as invalid. Updating your database_url to this format should resolve the validation error.
You can see this logic in the code where Langflow builds the default SQLite URL as sqlite:///{final_path} and validates it using SQLAlchemy's URL parser cite.
