Read File should fall back to environment variables for cloud storage provider like Write File

Feature Request

The Write File component falls back to environment variables for cloud storage provider, but the Read File does not. Is there a reason this is so or are the components just out of sync?

Motivation

It'd be nice if the two components behaved the same, because they're often operated in the same flows, but require different setups.
