Use Case:

There are numerous documents in the Knowledge Base (KB). Some documents may cover the same topic, but their priorities differ. Users expect to retrieve topics from specific documents first. If no relevant results are found in those documents, the system should then retrieve results from the remaining documents in the KB.

This means users can set retrieval priorities for documents in the KB, and the system will sort and return results based on these priorities. For example:

Set doc1 as the top priority.
Retrieve results from doc1 first.
If no matching results are found in doc1, retrieve results from the other documents in the KB.
