error when run Doc Extractor node in cloud.dify.ai with personal vip acount

when i run Doc Extractor node in https://cloud.dify.ai/, i got error message 'UNSTRUCTURED_API_URL and UNSTRUCTURED_API_KEY must be set' ,why? this is cloud web site.thanks

i use it in https://cloud.dify.ai/, not local site,so those reports cant fix my problem.

The.doc file doesn't work, but the.docx file is okay.
