how to migrate all my data (account, workflow, knowledge base, plugins) of my docker instance to a new server?

im using dify in docker using docker compose, recently i want to change server so i copied the entire folder with all the volumes and files required, but in the new instance, my account is gone and have to create a new one, and i cant see my previously created workflow, knowledge base and plugins even though all data had been copied to this new machine
