1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

I would really like to use Qdrant for VDB, but lacking official support for CJK languages was a pain
Dify has a modded version of Qdrant but I would prefer an official support.
Fortunately, Qdrant 1.15 release in July now has out-of-the-box officially support of CJK languages without modding.

So shall we update the Docker compose file to use the newer version of the offial Qdrant?
