Steps to reproduce

After clicking on the exploration workflow, the language automatically changes from Chinese to English

✔️ Expected Behavior

After setting Chinese, it should always display Chinese

This is a known issue in recent Dify versions: when you enter the exploration workflow, the language can switch from Chinese to English if the language context isn't properly propagated. Dify manages language preference using a locale cookie, but workflow pages don't always reaffirm or persist the language setting, so the UI may fall back to English if the cookie is missing or not read correctly example.

Some users have worked around similar issues by making sure the locale cookie is set to zh-Hans and that both the platform and app language settings are set to Chinese example. You can try clearing your browser cookies, setting the language to Chinese again, and then reloading the page before entering the workflow. If you are self-hosted and offline, make sure your server can access the template resources for Chinese, or else it may default to English example.

There is no official fix yet for workflow navigation language persistence in 1.70/1.71, but this limitation has been reported by others and is likely to be addressed in a future update. For now, double-check your language settings in both the platform and app, and ensure the locale cookie is present and correct.

It's not that the workflow page is changed to English, but the entire Dify global is changed to English. The setting is set to Chinese, and it will only change to Chinese when it is set to global Chinese again. However, as long as you click on the workflow, it will immediately change to English again.

Thanks for confirming the cookie and app language settings are both set to Chinese. This issue happens because the workflow/explore pages in Dify don't always reaffirm the language context, so even with the correct cookie, the UI can fall back to English if the i18n context is lost during navigation (details). A full page reload after setting the language usually restores the correct context. If the problem persists, check your browser console and server logs for any i18n or cookie-related errors when switching pages. This is a known limitation in 1.70/1.71 and may require a future update for a permanent fix.

The browser errors you’re seeing are from a Chrome extension and not related to Dify’s language switching issue. Disabling that extension should remove those error messages, but it won’t fix the language problem.

The language switching bug is a known issue in Dify 1.70/1.71. It happens because the i18n (language) context isn’t always properly propagated when navigating to workflow/explore pages, so the UI can revert to English even if your cookie and settings are correct. As a workaround, after setting the language to Chinese, do a full page reload before entering the workflow/explore page to restore the correct language context. A permanent fix will likely require a future Dify update to improve language context handling during workflow navigation.

I can not reproduce this error, also as the bot's replied, those errors are not related to Dify itself.

Maybe you can record a video to demonstrate this behavior.
