Steps to reproduce

Change the language to any other, it does not remain like that when refreshing or navigating to another page

✔️ Expected Behavior

The language should remain changed.

❌ Actual Behavior

When the language is Changed, it does not remain changed.
Any refreshment or navigating to a different page, set the Language back to its original:

I tested with timezone from -5 to -6 and it does remain.
But I tried to change language from "Español" to "English" and it does not remain
