Good question. It is not clear to me how strictly pyLIQTR follows semver. So our code could break with new releases. I would suspect 1.3.X is safe, if we have tested and validated on 1.3 release. I do think it is reasonable for users of this repo try newer versions of pyLIQTR at their own risk.

I was able to install with pyLIQTR 1.3.9, using Python 3.11.9. What would you consider sufficient testing? For example, is there a command I can use to run your test suite and report back the results?
