Test for RESCAL latent factors #64
Description
Make similar unit test to NMFk factors (https://github.com/lanl/T-ELF/blob/main/tests/test_nmfk_factors.py) for RESCALk. Where we compare the latent factors from current RESCALk to old RESCALk to ensure they are accurate.
