MOVED error when starting Reverb with a cluster

Description

Experiencing MOVED errors when trying start Reverb using reverb:start and with scaling enabled. This should be handled automatically, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Steps To Reproduce

• Configure reverb.php with scaling enabled and pointing to a redis node that is part of a cluster
• Run artisan reverb:start
• There should be a MOVED error that is printed out by Reverb
