Removal of root files

Should all root files (output of mkshape for example) be removed?
There are quite few of them ...

some root files still there, e.g. PlotsConfigurations/Configurations/WH_SS/Full2018nanov6/rootFile/

PlotsConfigurations/Configurations/ggH_SF/Full2017/DNN/rootFile/
PlotsConfigurations/Configurations/ggH_SF/Full2017/maxBDT/rootFile/
PlotsConfigurations/Configurations/VBF_SF/Full2018/DNN/rootFile/

...

to spot them:

ls -alrth PlotsConfigurations//////.root

(and adding more and less */ )
