Merge analysis recipes setup from squinto_backup into master & add support for 2024 analysis recipes checks #72

The mkShapesRDF checks performed by the CAT group at https://gitlab.cern.ch/cms-analysis/general/analysis_recipes are currently based on a non-default branch, squinto_backup (@squinto5 I suppose). master fails to install in our checks' setup. Please merge the relevant functionality in master so we can test the default branch.
In addition, some configuration keys are required for the electron and muon IDs being tested:
ElectronWP[self.era]["TightObjWP"]["wp80iso_POG"]["cuts"]ElectronWP[self.era]["TightObjWP"]["wp80iso_POG"]["cuts"]
I think they are missing for 2024. I'm adding tests for this era, so it would be great if you could add them (or mkShapesRDF will get a red mark even though it's probably working).
