Remove dependency to Mustache.NETStandard or strong name dependency

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We would like to use LaunchDarkly AI Configs in our application but are unable to do so since the package contains a dependency to Mustache.NETStandard, which is not strong named. This dependency also does not seem to be maintained very well and raises some security concerns for us.

Dependency to Mustache.NETStandard is removed or strong named.

We realize this feature and package are still in alpha development, so if that's something that is on your roadmap for a release version anyway, feel free to close this issue.
