client: Make response streamable

For downloading and processing large files it would be nice to process it as it streams in. I'm still pretty new to odin but didn't see how this could be accomplished.

This repo is on a bit of a feature freeze while we work on getting http into Odin core. The version thats wip for that already has some streaming and will be polished with full streaming support.
