On startup, find any leftover temporary files from diagnostics and delete them or fix bug

Sometimes, the diagnostics leave temporary files, this could be a bug, or could be unfixable.
If fixable, fix.
If not fixable, traverse project for temp files (or during index which already traverses), and delete them.
