How to take over the exception process instead of printing tons of stack info?

Usually we check authorization or target existing or other exceptions self-defined in our logic, we just want to simply throw the exceptions and return to the client what errors they get, not print the exception stack to the log, how can we take over the exception process? Great appreciate it!
