`aesop?` should not squeeze terminal `simp`

Currently, aesop? squeezes every simp call. But current Mathlib policy is to avoid squeezing terminal simp (or, more generally, simp before flexible tactics, I think) to enhance proof stability. We should follow Mathlib or provide both behaviours.
