Unable to run the code after following README instructions.

I am facing the following error. Please suggest solution to tackle the problem.

Apologies for the slow reply. Can you give me some more details of your installation? Did you install ChemArr (modified Chemprop version) from the submodule of this repository or the official Chemprop. The Chemprop version here is a modified version, that included extra paramerters, like --arr_vtf one.
