Bug: regtest support for signPSBT, signMessage, etc. #5952

Hello,

While trying to call **window.LeatherProvider.request("signPSBT")** passing network param as regtest I get the following error:

"Invalid parameters: Error in path network, network must be one of the following values: mainnet, testnet, testnet4, signet, sbtcDevenv, devnet."

Regtest is configured correctly in the wallet.
