Nofication for Cronjob Timeout (>3 hours)

@tfamula I installed the ConsStatusMonitor-Plugin, because a specific Cronjob sometimes gets disabled for running longer than 3 hours without sending a keep-alive-signal.

The CronStatusMonitor didn't send any notificiation about this. Is it correct, that the CronStatusMonitor only monitors explicit crashes? Or should it also monitor inactive/stale-cronjob-Situations like this?

Thanks for the detailed explanation. When the CronStatusMonitor was made, there was the requirement to only check for cron-jobs with the status "crashed".

@tfamula Thank you - is there any chance to also report timeout-inactivated cronjobs? IMO the result is quite similar and quite important to know about. If there is concern, that not everyone wants to know about it, it could be introduced behind a setting.

We had exactly the same thought, usually our cronjobs run into the timeout and don't crash.
