Response time and lockups

Starting first thing this morning. Waiting forever for responses. Even saw network errors and can't generate messages in the chat. I think this also happens a lot before getting a message that i have exceeded the length of a conversation and then we have to train a new chatbot on months of discussions and examples, previous projects and so on with the previous chatbot. I never get an answer to these just general messages that there is an issue in my email. Why?
