Consider vcpkg for Linux and macOS for libraw dependencies

#150 switches to using vcpkg for Windows to install libraw dependencies. Since vcpkg is cross-platform it may make sense to use it for macOS and Linux as well. This would simplify the build scripts and lower ongoing maintenance.
