Prerelease versions #263

Ive noticed there havent been prerelease versions implementing the latest versions of libraw for a while (last one was in 2022). Since the regular releases only implement the major libraw versions, which do not contain up-to-date camera and format support, the prereleases address this issue, while maintaining clear, that they can have potential issues - since they are prereleases.
I was wondering if you would consider reintroducing prerelease versions using the latest libraw versions.
