(App)"Expand search area" is not user friendly notification

1. User sees trashpoint and want to report it
2. User installs app and opens it
3. First thing user receives is a notification: Expand search area

As the app is for marking trashpoints, the first screen should be to add a trashpoint/event.

Notification that there are no trashpoints in this area and user should zoom out could be on the side of the screen but as a info - user shouldnt need to press any buttons.
