Add documentation about how to enable OpenZiti in eKuiper and how to work with EdgeX Foundry in secure mode.

What would you like to be added/modified:
EdgeX rule engine tutorial: https://github.com/lf-edge/ekuiper/blob/master/docs/en_US/edgex/edgex_rule_engine_tutorial.md
EdgeX command tutorial, this will call EdgeX REST API: https://github.com/lf-edge/ekuiper/blob/master/docs/en_US/edgex/edgex_rule_engine_tutorial.md
