1. SIG chapter

• Consider localization and internationalization.
• Consider what volunteers think of the officer team.
• Consider what's the difference between SIG and LFAPAC.
• Shall SIG follow LFAPAC rules?
• Shall we allow some projects to fail?
• Consider volunteers' willingness vs their contribution to translation.
• Set some recognition based on people's output?

2. Github main page:

• Refactor README.md
• Move volunteer name table to somewhere else.
• Create a new md file to track completed translation works.
• Consider taking a template to rewrite README.md.

3. Potential translation projects

• CNCF I18N and blogs may not be suitable for SIG to do it as CNCF I18N is not ready or not well designed yet.
• Mainly focus on LF research reports.
