Features needed: copy-without-repetition or paste-without-repetition and other

Hi,

I think there is a need of actions like: copy-without-repetition or paste-without-repetition

The other issues that I encounter are related to repeated appointments.

1. It would be nice to have a possibility to add note to only one occurrence.
2. It would be nice to have a possibility to change description only for one occurrence.
   I was watching apts file and I think those two are not easy to implement.
