gnomad vcf files

Hey, I have a question. In the manual there is an information:

Is this data already used by AnnotSV or I have to download it manually?
a) if the data is already included into AnnotSV files, where I can look at it?
b) if the data is NOT included into AnnotSV files, where should I place the downloaded gnomad.sv files?
