TODO:

  • all changes from Fault/Contactor Logic #8
  • HV+/- contactors in driver (only need get)
  • changes to controls/BPS state - use safetystate enum
  • freeRTOS timers for precharge
  • static function for logic
  • tests for receiving controls/BPS state
  • remove unused faults from bitmap
  • test for timers
  • test for checking precharge status
  • set proper LEDs in fault_handler
  • send fault msg in loop
