A new profile page section to recommend other creators

We could encourage creators to recommend other creators to their donors, like when a blogger links to other blogs in a sidebar. This would give us another source of good recommendations in addition to social network connections (#1021).

Would this be used for some sort of "Hey, you donated to X, here are some other people like X?" feature?

Would it be under Explore?

It could be used for that, yes.

I'm not sure it would be under Explore since it's user-specific and requires existing donations.

An alternative way to approach this would be user-compiled "collections" (lists of projects/people/organizations), listed in a new section under "Explore".
