HAVE_OPENGL = 1 getting same performance as HAVE_OPENGL = 0

Hello

I have a doubt I'm compiling against HAVE_OPENGL = 1 and -lGLESv2 that result in mednafen_saturn__hw_libretro.sobinary and HAVE_OPENGL = 0 that results in a mednafen_saturn_libretro.so

I was expecting better performance on the OPENGL one however I'm getting same performance in both.

I'm using an odroid n2+ 4GB linux 4.9

How could it be?
