Cassette "cas" images are inserted as disk #65

"cas" image files are incorrectly loaded as disks, even if "boot from cassette" core option is enabled.

Steps to reproduce:

Load a "cassette" .cas file content.
Check in the emulator menu (F1) that the file is inserted in "D1" slot in "Disk management", but should be in "C:" in tape management.
