MAME core 259, RA 1.16.0, win10 64bit
ujlnow has slight audio crackling in the right speaker, very slight like subtle crackling of a vinyl record.
Completely fresh RA download with the only thing changed being setting the video driver to Vulkan (does it in GL and DX11 as well).
Anywhere in game (gameplay and FMV playback) you can hear this crackle, running the game uncapped fast forward it can run at 85fps on this computer, there's nothing indicating that it can't handle the game. Using CRTSwitchres with a CRT (for exact 59.8Hz) results in the same issue, I assume also using freesync/gsync will result in the same issue, so it doesn't seem related to sync at all.
MAME standalone runs the game without any audio issues.
Other namco system 12 games perform perfectly, ghoul panic, tekken 3, soul calibur, aqua rush, mr. driller, all perform without any random right speaker crackle/popping at all.
Would love for more people to test this game and confirm the issue, headphones makes it easier to spot.

If your using a mame.ini make sure the sample rate matches your core setting sample rate. This caused me issues one time one was set to 44100 and the was 48000.
Sadly it's not that, 48000 everywhere (I also did this with everything fresh and default as I mentioned) but same thing with my typical setup with the ini (system/mame/ini/mame.ini, conf set as read in core options to make it active) also 48000.
The issue isn't any sort of stuttering or sync issues, it only happens in the right speaker exclusively and they're very slight high frequency pops, like a dirty vinyl. Doesn't happen with regular mame as mentioned. Doesn't happen with any other game either.
How to replicate: Launch ujlnow on a fresh ra and fresh mame core build with windows 10 64bit. (Though make sure other Namco system 12 games perform perfectly like tekken 3 for example).
Go to the first Tamanegi stage and listen very carefully to the right earphone/speaker.
