[ Request ] Pi 5 (Aarch64/ARM64) add rsp-paraLLEl to those build options

Unless I'm missing something there doesn't seem any options to build the arm64 SBC build to include rsp-paraLLEI? Adding this would be useful as at present on the pi 5 the libretro parallel-n64 works but it is older (doesn't allow things like resolution increase when using angrylion for example) and mupen64plus-nx would add the best of both
