Paprium not working, only loads "PAAAAAA" minigame.

Recently the entire Paprium game got dumped and when running this in Picodrive, the game only plays the "PAAAAA" minigame even when resetting. I want to play the full Paprium game so is there a way to get this updated so we can all enjoy the game?

This game does some unusual stuff that requires significant additions to an emulator (for example, the dump contains mp3 recordings of music, so it needs an mp3 player included). It's going to be up to the emu authors whether those are things they want to implement/include.
