[request] New shader preset - combination of 2 presets. #142

I can't do it via shader editing interface, so ask there for devs.

Screenshot of error:

MDAPT shader preset.
Next pass - fast-bilateral.slang
2 consequence passes of super-xbr with x2 scale.

Result is x4 scaled image with these shaders.
