Consider switch from ti.to to hi.events as our default ticketing solution

hi.events is a new arrival on the scene as of 2025 afaict.

Why: hi.events is open source and is better on pricing on its cloud option:

• ti.to: 3% + stripe fees
• hi.events: 45c + 0.75% + stripe fees. assuming tickets over 10€ their fee is under 1%

Aside: lu.ma is actually very expensive for paid tickets (basically 5% + stripe processing fee which is usually 3%+)

Rufus has signed up quickly and taken a look around and it seems decent enough (perhaps not quite as good as tito but we don't need most of that stuff).
